Luggage

If you have forgotten a piece of luggage or an object, fill in the contact form on our website ( “Contact Us” page) in order to provide us with the information necessary for our research, such as date of travel, line used, luggage left in the hold vehicle or, precise description of the luggage (dimensions, colour, precise description of the contents, brand….). We will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed.

On CDG and Orly bus shuttles, there is no baggage limit. You can store your hand luggage above the seats in the storage spaces. Hold baggage must necessarily be stored in suitcases, bags or other suitable containers. Folded strollers are also accepted in the hold provided they are properly stored. Passengers are responsible for properly labelling their luggage with their name, telephone number and address. However, the carrier reserves the right to refuse baggage that is excessive in weight or size, as well as baggage that it considers detrimental to the safety of the transport. Our baggage-handling service available at all stops maintains secure access to the hold where your baggage is stored. Travellers do not have direct access to it, which ensures you a smooth and effortless journey because our baggage handlers help you get in and out of your luggage!

However, all checked baggage must be identified by a label mentioning the customer’s name and a valid contact (telephone, email, postal address, etc.) in order to avoid any confusion or exchange during the trip. Yes, our coaches are designed for accessibility to people with reduced mobility: a side-mounted lift-platform provides access to Bus (300 kg maximum).

You can travel with children on our buses. 4-11 year-olds benefit from discounted rates for travel on our services. The service is free-of-charge for children under 4 years of age.

Only small (under 5/10 kg), harmless domestic animals are allowed on board, on the condition that they are carried in a closed cage on your knees.

Tickets bought online are valid for one year after being issued.

Our tickets are neither refundable nor cancellable, as stipulated in our general terms of service.

After the purchase process you can download the tickets from our confirmation page. We will also send you an email with the links to download your tickets, please download your tickets at that moment and check that they are correct. The download link of the tickets will be active for 1 month.

If you do not receive the email with the download links check your SPAM folder.

Sometimes the email in purchase process is written incorrectly and the email does not reach the user. Then please contact with our Support Center.

We will then verify if your order has been recorded in our system and send yours tickets by email.

Bus Stops

Our buses does not travel directly to terminal 2G. However, you can travel to Terminal 2EF and take the free N2 shuttle (operated by Charles de Gaulle airport). The shuttle offers connections between the three terminals every 5 minutes between 5.30 am and 11 pm. It takes approximately 15 minutes to reach Terminal 2G.

However, you can travel to terminal 1 and take the CDGVal (free metro within Charles de Gaulle airport) from terminal 1 to RoissyPole and walk 4 minutes by foot to terminal 3. This journey takes approximately 10 minutes in total.
Landing at terminal 1 or terminal 2 and taking a connecting flight from terminal 3?
You can use the free CDGVal metro service to travel between terminals.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Should I get off the bus at Orly Sud or Orly Ouest?”]There are two terminals at Paris-Orly airport: Orly 4 (Orly Sud) and Orly 1, 2, 3 (Orly Ouest). It is important to know which departure or arrival terminal your airline travels to. The Ouest and Sud terminals of Orly airport are connected by the Orlyval automatic shuttle.

You can find information on airlines and terminals on the Aéroport de Paris website, as well as on your boarding pass. Below, you will also find a list of which airlines travel to Orly 1, 2, 3 (Orly Ouest) and Orly 4 (Orly Sud) of Orly airport:

The bus shuttles, which connect Paris city centre and Orly airport, leave from the centre of the capital and travel to both terminals. Frequent departure times for line 1 shuttles (every 20 minutes) make it easier to adapt travel times to the time of your flights. You will find the bus shuttles at Gate 48a (Gate L) in Orly 4 (South terminal) and at Gate 18a (Gate D) in (Orly 1, 2, 3 (West terminal). A baggage-handling service will be on hand at every stop.

Transfers

From our stop at Orly Sud, opposite exit L of the terminal, walk in front of the taxis and along Rue de Madrid to reach Rue du Fret. The entrance to the P6 car park is located on the right.

The journey takes less than 10 minutes on foot.

 

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I get from the Gare de Lyon to the Bercy bus station and back?”]

You have two options for getting to the Bercy bus station from the Gare de Lyon:

  • By metro

From our stop, go to the Gare de Lyon metro station and take line 14 towards Olympiades. Get off at the Bercy stop. OUIBUS signage in Bercy will make it easy to find the bus station, which is a 5-minute walk away.

In the opposite direction, take metro line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and get off at the Gare de Lyon. Follow exit no. 1 (Bd Diderot) to find our stop located at 20 Boulevard Diderot.

The journey takes between 10 and 15 minutes.

  • On foot

From our stop, head left (with the station behind you) and walk 100m along Boulevard Diderot then turn left to walk along Rue de Bercy for just over 1km.

The journey takes approximately 20 minutes.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How can I reach Charles de Gaulle from Orly?”]We connect Paris and its airports. We have a number of different bus lines, covering the following routes:

■ Paris <-> Charles de Gaulle: Lines 2 and 4
■ Paris <-> Orly: Line 1.
■ Roissy Charles de Gaulle <-> Orly: Line 3

It’s also easy to travel between Paris’ two airports on Line 3 of Le Bus Direct, which travels exclusively between the two airports: CDG and Orly.

So choose the comfortable solution for airport transfers, with the Le Bus Direct’s airport service. Your baggage will be taken care of directly: a baggage-handling service is available at every stop. Journey times vary depending on traffic conditions and peak hours. Travel between Roissy CDG and Orly airport takes between 1 hour and 1 hour 45 minutes depending on the time of the day.
At CDG airport, shuttles travel to Terminals 1, 2ACD and 2EF. At Orly airport, shuttles travel to Orly 4 (Orly Sud) and Orly 1, 2, 3 (Orly Ouest). A shuttle on line 3 leaves every 20-30 minutes. It runs from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm for CDG > Orly, and from 6.30 am to 10.30 pm for Orly > CDG. Le Bus Direct transfers operate every day of the week. It is therefore possible to travel both from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Orly and vice versa. You can view routemaps and bus stop locations at any time on our website.
If you would like to travel between Charles de Gaulle and Roissy, it’s easy to buy your tickets on our website. Tickets are also available on the bus, from ticket machines and at our sales desk in Terminal 2EF of Charles de Gaulle airport.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How can I travel between Orly and Paris?”]We are specializes in connecting the capital to its airports. Travel is available in both directions – heading to Paris airports: CDG and Orly, and to the centre of Paris.

Line 1 connects Paris and Orly. It stops at Etoile Champs Elysées, Trocadéro, Tour Eiffel, Gare Montparnasse, Orly Ouest (Orly 1-2-3) and Orly Sud (Orly 4). Buses leave every 20 minutes and journey times are adapted to traffic conditions. It runs from 5.50 am to 11.30 pm between Orly and Etoile and from 4.50 am to 10.30 pm between Etoile and Orly.

If you need to reach Paris-Orly, we offer comfortable, simple transport that enables you to save time. Journeys between Orly and Paris Etoile take approximately 60 minutes. The Orly shuttle enables you to travel with complete peace of mind. It offers connections between the centre of Paris and Orly airport.

The Paris-Orly shuttle leaves from Place de l’Etoile. Travel in the opposite direction leaves from the airport. The Orly shuttle stop is located in Orly Sud (Orly 4).

You can book tickets online or from your smartphone. You can also have a discount if you buy the tickets online in advance. We offer great rates for travel between Orly airport and Paris. Take line 91 of the RATP (direction Gare Vaugiard) to Gare Montparnasse, then take line 1 of bus to Paris Orly airport.

The journey between Orly and Paris Gare de Lyon takes approximately 55 minutes (45 minutes for bus on average, depending on traffic conditions + 10 minutes on the RATP bus).

Extra Fee: €1.90 for a RATP metro-train-bus ticket.

This is the best solution, offering the shortest journey time and only one connection.

At Orly airport, airport shuttle buses connect both terminals. You can find all the details about departure and arrival stops for Orly 1, 2, 3 (Orly Ouest) and Orly 4 (Orly Sud ).
